Field Technician

FUZE is actively seeking skilled Composite Field Technicians to join our Field Services team. This opportunity particularly welcomes individuals with expertise in laminating or specialised knowledge in composite applications.   • Execute site works aligning with client needs and internal protocols, actively reporting progress throughout the job.
  • Serve as a key liaison with site clients, addressing concerns and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Champion safe practices on-site, aligning with client and company best practice for a healthy environment.
  • Uphold and monitor quality procedures, promptly addressing deviations and ensuring adherence.
  • Mentor team members through training, feedback, and technical support, fostering growth.
  • Manage and maintain equipment throughout the job cycle, from preparation to storage.
  • Engage in improving company systems within the role’s scope, ensuring issue resolution.

Required competencies:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Experience in Materials Technology, Mining, Resources, Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore) is preferred.
